Jeff and Cindy Hackett were married in September 1984 after meeting in college. They both accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, Easter 1987. Since that time, they both have been actively involved at their church in various ministries including women’s, men’s, children’s and youth ministries. Jeff also served as Deacon/Trustee at his church from 1995-2000. After working as a consultant in the Drainage & Landscape Engineering industry for 18 years, Jeff answered God’s call to enter full-time ministry in 2000 as youth pastor at his home church (The Chapel, Buffalo, New York). During his first year, Jeff took a group of 45 teenagers and adult leaders to the Dominican Republic on a short-term missions trip. It was on that trip that God planted a seed in Jeff’s heart to have a passion for missions. Over the next 4 years, God cultivated that passion through several more trips to the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica.

November 1, 2004 Jeff came on board with SCORE International as a full-time missionary, Northeast Representative and Executive Director of GAP Year Programs. Jeff’s responsibilities include recruiting, teaching, training, traveling and hosting church groups and sports teams on short-term mission trips as well as directing the GAP Program. God has put a passion in Jeff’s heart for connecting the local church to the vision for missions. This vision is not only the foreign mission field, but also the mission field where each one of us lives daily. Jeff and Cindy’s hope is that people of all ages within the church would actively engage in missions and that God would raise up laborers because “the fields are white for harvest.”

Jeff and Cindy reside in the Buffalo area. They have three children: Justin (28) & wife Katie live in Totonto, Canada. Ashley (26) lives in Lockport, NY. Bethany (22) recently graduated from college Is living at home while finishing her Master degree in International education.

The Hackett’s desire is that they continue to be challenged and used by God as He shapes & molds them for His purpose.

I was born, raised and live in Buffalo, NY. I came to know Jesus as my savior when I was 6 or 7 years old. Though I’ve had many dreams in my life, becoming a missionary was not one of them. It took a winding road, and quite a few bumps and bruises before I held my “yes” up to Jesus and told him he could take me wherever he wanted. He clearly had a plan already in the works…
I went on my first missions trip to Costa Rica with SCORE in the summer of 2007 with my college and young adult group from Buffalo, NY. I was not supposed to be going on the trip. A young woman in the group became ill the day before the group was supposed to leave and couldn’t attend. There was an opening and my college pastor came to my desk (I was working part-time at the church) and asked if I wanted to go to Costa Rica in the morning. I gaped, thought for a second, went home, packed and showed up at the airport the next morning! I had no idea what to expect! Though I sincerely enjoyed the trip, I had no idea that someday I would be joining SCORE and begin working as a recruiter and missionary 8 years later. I began serving the Lord with SCORE International in January 2015. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to work with SCORE and share the Gospel with the nations!

Hi there! I am so glad you’ve taken the time become acquainted with me! While I frequently have a lot to say, I’m not sure there is much to tell! I’m married to Jenny, the most beautiful woman in the world, for twenty-five years now! We’ve raised seven children together, the oldest four now pretty much on their own, with the youngest three working their way out! Having said that, it may be no surprise that my main focus at Crosspoint is helping children and their parents to know Jesus and the things He has said to help us live lives that make a difference for God.

Since you’re still reading, here are just a few details about me. I graduated from Churchville-Chili High School, went to college to earn a degree in chemical engineering, and I still work full time doing engineering!  I am currently working through the ordination process in the Free Methodist Church, where over the past seven years I have actually served in four churches as a Bible teacher, an assistant pastor, a lead pastor and as an interim pastor. When I have the time, I enjoy boating, golfing, hiking, and reading a good book. I look forward to meeting you!

Doug Cullum has been a part of the pastoral team at Community of the Savior since its birth in 2007. Doug’s ministry seeks to blend the practical and academic, with a focus on renewing the local church through a fresh recovery of biblical and historic faith. After serving appointments in Tampa, FL, Chapel Hill, NC, and Greenville, NY, Doug became chaplain at Roberts Wesleyan College in 1994. Then, in 1998, Doug became one of the founding faculty members of Northeastern Seminary, where he now serves as vice president and dean. At Community of the Savior, Doug’s ministry focuses on the areas of oversight, vision, and preaching. He holds degrees from Drew University (Ph.D.), Duke Divinity School (Th.M.), Asbury Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and Asbury College (B.A.). Doug and his wife, Joyce, have four children, five grandchildren, and a lovable golden retriever named Bojangles.

My name is Deano Pulice and I was born February 11, 1957. I grew up in a small town in southwest Pennsylvania called Fairchance and was the youngest of 6 children. Even though my parents were not churchgoers, a neighbor invited me when I was seven years old to attend the Free Methodist Sunday School with his son and took me almost every Sunday during my childhood.

It was in 1978, while attending a summer camp, the evangelist spoke of God’s love and how God loved me just the way I was and stretched out His arms to show me the full extent of His love. That evening I gave my life to Christ and have been a believer ever since.

On August 15, 1981 I married my wife Darlene. She grew up in Uniontown, Pa and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Since that time God has blessed us with 4 beautiful children: Deanna (married to Chris Abram), Christopher, Janelle, and Bethany.

I graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College in 1986 with a major in Music and a minor in Biblical Studies. During that time, I received a call to become a minister of Jesus Christ. Over the years I have served in a variety of ways: a youth pastor for two years and an associate pastor for five years at the Brockport Free Methodist Church, a church planter in Bridgeport, WV for three years, a senior pastor in Monaca, PA for eleven years, and an interim pastor in New Castle, PA for two and a half years. In June of 1991, I was ordained as an elder in the Free Methodist Church.

The Lord has blessed me with a love to sing and play the piano, but my passion in ministry is to preach the Word, win the lost, train the believers, and help one another become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Rosemarie and Jason are proud Western New York natives.  Rose grew up in Lockport, NY and Jason grew up in Medina, NY.  For over 19 years they have served the Lord as full-time missionaries with Cru reaching university students with the gospel.
From 2004-2015 Rose and Jason served the Lord in China with Cru.  Their passion was to make Christ-centered disciples in one of the most gospel needy countries in the world.  God blessed this season of ministry as many full-time missionaries and church leaders were raised up.
After much time in prayer Jason and Rose sensed that the Lord was calling them back to Buffalo to reach international students with the gospel.  Since the fall of 2015 they have been launching a ministry with Cru called Bridges International to reach international students at the University at Buffalo with the gospel.   God has blessed this ministry as hundreds of students have heard the gospel through their weekly meetings, Bible Studies, and evangelistic outreaches.    (Bridges International is a ministry of Cru.)
Jason and Rose have four children; Maggie, Evangeline, Jack, and Charlotte.  They live in Amherst, NY. and love to find good Chinese food in the Buffalo area.
