  • There is a $300 wedding coordinator fee to assist in all wedding facility needs and planning.
  • There is a $300 maintenance fee which can be waived if your team sets up, tears down, and cleans up after your wedding.

Leaseholders no charge, leaseholder must provide cleanup, otherwise a custodial fee of $14.00 per hour will be charged for cleanup

Non Leaseholders
$257.00 Includes availability for rehearsal day before and use of building day of wedding.

Sound/Video Technician $24.00 /hr Includes computer driven video projector

Lighthouse Commons

$685.00 Includes Heritage Room, President’s Hall, Magill Classroom, Dining Room, Lakeview Annex beginning at 12PM day before the wedding until the end of events on the wedding day . Removal of decorations and personal items expected immediately following reception.

For Weddings and Groups who want to bring in a caterer the kitchen is not available, however we do have a list of acceptable caterers, also there are facilities for hot and cold drink prep

We will sell disposable paper and plastic products

An LCC staff person will be assigned on site available to serve you the entire duration of your event
